General Terms

To secure their booking date, guests must return a signed copy of the following agreement within 48 hours of payment. Contracts will be sent after payment has been received. A confirmation email will be sent once payment + signed contract has been secured.

This Rental Agreement ("Agreement") is between the guest and the property owner/manager of TheCoyoteCasa. The guest agrees to be financially responsible for any damages caused by anyone in their party during their stay at the property. Any damages must be disclosed to the property owner as soon as possible. Any damages will be communicated from the property owner to the guest and photographed within 24 hours after the guest's stay ends. If an item is damaged and needs to be replaced, the replacement value will be based on comparable items of similar quality. If the actual property is damaged and professional repairs are required, costs to repair/replace will be determined based on provided estimates from licensed professionals. The guest agrees to cover the cost of any damages, repairs or replacements needed that anyone in their party caused within 7-10 business days. A late fee of $20 per day will be applied if payment is not made within this timeframe. Should legal services be necessary, the guest may be held accountable for all legal expenses, including court and attorney fees.

Furthermore, the guest acknowledges that the agreed-upon rental period includes specific hourly time slots. Should the guest exceed their agreed-upon hourly time slot, they agree to be charged $100 per additional hour they remain on the premises. (This does not apply to overnight guests.) For overnight guests, check-in time is after 11:00 AM, and check-out is at 10:00 a.m. the next day. A $100 fee per hour will apply if the overnight guest exceeds the checkout time.

All guests are requested to maintain a noise courtesy to the neighboring houses. This includes keeping music, sounds, and noises to a respectable level that does not disturb the peace of others. Litering on the property will not be tolerated.

The guest total needs to be under 40 people at all times. Parking is provided on the backside of the house and in the driveway. We can accommodate a maximum of 20 vehicles.

Conditions for Cancelations + Refunds

Guests are entitled to a partial 50% refund if they cancel their booking six months before the booking date. No refunds will be issued after this six-month window. To exercise your right of cancellation + refund, please let us know your decision through a clear statement via email written to hello@thecoyotecasa.com. Guests will reimburse you no later than 14 business days from the day we receive your email for cancellation. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Food Agreement

The guest acknowledges that only prepackaged/made fresh foods/drinks from local stores will be provided and that no homemade or cooked on-site foods will be offered during their stay at the property. The guest acknowledges that the property owner/manager is not responsible for any adverse reactions caused by consuming the provided prepackaged fresh foods/drinks. The guest agrees to consume the food at their own risk and to take any necessary precautions based on their dietary needs or restrictions. Any and all food allergies should be disclosed to the property owner 48 hours prior to their booking date.

Animal Policy

The guest agrees to provide any and all food for the pet. We highly recommend the guest also provide their preferred treats. The guest agrees to provide any and all medications with clear written instructions, including but not limited to medication name, times of administration, and procedures. The pet’s leash, harness, and collar with up-to-date tags must be present during the animal's stay. The animal is also required to be up to date on all vaccinations. The guest acknowledged the 15-mile travel policy, which states that we are willing to travel to and from the property to the venue. Any request out of the mileage stated requires pre-approval and pre-agreed upon additional fees. The pet owner also agrees to pick up the animal at the time selected. Should the pet exceed their agreed-upon hourly time slot, they agree to be charged $50 per additional hour the pet remains on the premises. Should the pet’s owner not pick up the animal within 24 hours after the agreed-upon ending time, the animal will be surrendered to animal control. The guest is responsible for any fees associated with surrendering the animal. Should an emergency occur with the animal during its stay, we will take immediate action and contact an emergency vet. Should the vet recommend emergency care, we will follow professional instructions and take the animal to the nearest available vet/emergency vet. The pet’s owner agrees to be financially responsible for any and all fees associated with the animal during a medical emergency. The owner of the pet agrees to be financially responsible for any and all medical costs should the pet injure anyone during the care/stay of the animal.
